BIS Matrimony verifies basic profile details before activation. Members may be asked to provide ID proof, photo verification, and marital status documents. Providing false or misleading information may result in permanent suspension.

Users must treat others with respect. Harassment, offensive messages, or misuse of contact details will result in immediate termination. BIS Matrimony encourages members to report any unethical or suspicious behavior.

Payments made are non-refundable after activation. In case of duplicate transactions or technical errors, contact our support within 48 hours for resolution.

BIS Matrimony acts solely as an online matchmaking facilitator. We do not guarantee matches, compatibility, or accuracy of user information. The company is not responsible for disputes, damages, or emotional loss arising from member interactions.

BIS Matrimony reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms without refund. Members can request voluntary account deletion by contacting customer support.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Kerala.
