BIS Matrimony is a digital matrimonial matchmaking platform that provides online membership plans and premium matchmaking services to individuals and families searching for a life partner. All services offered on this platform are digital in nature and no physical goods are sold, shipped or delivered.

Cancellation Policy

Members may request cancellation of their premium membership only within twenty-four hours from the time of successful payment, provided that no premium service, communication tool or paid feature has been used. If the member has accessed any premium feature, including but not limited to viewing contact details, sending messages, sending interests, profile promotion or any other premium facility, the membership shall be considered activated and non-cancellable.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests will be considered only in genuine cases where a duplicate payment has occurred, where a payment has been debited from the customer’s account but the membership has not been activated due to technical error, or where an incorrect amount has been charged. Refunds will not be granted for reasons related to change of personal decision, dissatisfaction with matches, delay in responses, or incomplete or inaccurate profile information provided by the member.

Refund Processing

Once a refund request is approved after internal verification, the refund amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment used by the member. The processing time for approved refunds may take between seven to ten working days depending on banking procedures and payment gateway timelines.

Account Suspension and Policy Violation

BIS Matrimony reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership found to be violating platform rules, providing false information, misusing the platform, or engaging in fraudulent or abusive activities. In such cases, the membership will be terminated without any refund.
